UPDATE ON SCHOOL:..... I'm thinking it will be put on hold for now.. I will revisit this in a year when some funds have freed up. Although I am awarded some of the pell grant it just isn't doable right now... money and time...wish I had a lot of both...I'm not entirely upset..I'm a big girl.. I have a family that needs me and the reason why I was wanting to go back to school is so I could find a job that paid more so I could put my kid's in daycare...and wouldn't have to pay someone half my paycheck to watch my kids... TGIF.... I'm ready for a nice long weekend...
Jess & Mike's Wedding is getting closer and closer...I like going to other people's weddings..I don't like going to immediate families weddings b.c. that entails work..and a whole bunch of stuff leading up to that day lol....don't tell you disagree b.c. you know what I mean... this weekend is her bachorlette party... is it sad that I know we are going to Thristy's and I'm more excited about maybe eating pizza there then even drinking..which I don't plan on doing..its just not worth the pain the next day...maybe I"ll practice self control and just bring a girly drink for the party before we go to thristys...
I'm very excited for the 3 day weekend...it will be so nice not being busy..and just doing whatever... well I gotta get going Stu needs picked up to go to his 1 Yr check up!..He is gonna get his shots..and hopefully the doctor will be able to help his Congestedness and wheezeyinees... who knows.. I'll update later...
One funny Sondra Story...
So I ended up having to take the kids with me to Rhodes because I had to pick some papers up or something I don't know... it was a little bit kind of weird to begin with..weird feelings..anyway..we made it about half way up there and Sondra says... Mamma I'm tired..I need a break...lol ...I said Girl you need to get in shape we are going to go to school and we gotta be able to walk!....
also as we are walking out I have my mohawk baby on my hip and holdin Sondra's hand... and I run into an old boyfriend...and he politely says Hi and me too..and I think to myself.. that's right...look what you missed :)... lol.I don't blame him..... I'd always wanted a serious boyfriend....but I was not always looking for a good guy in the right places....hmm... even Jake the good guy wasn't a intentional choice..he looked like a crazy bad boy...but came out totally different... He was a nice surprise... :)

That's awesome about registering for Rhodes! Even if you only take a class or two at time, that's a great accomplishment/first step!
ReplyDeleteAs far as the Sondra story, I'm telling you, y'all should walk the 4th of July 5k! Just think of it as preparation for walking around the fair! That should be motivation enough for Sondra, right?! :)
yes..when I do attend sometime It will have to be part time I bet...after thinking about it all..I originally wanted to do online classes and be full time...but looking at it and how much time your supposed to be doing school..I think a 1 or 2 classes would keep me super busy...
ReplyDeleteWhen is the 5k?... On Monday we aren't doing a thing..its a day we are keeping simple just b.c. Jake has been gone all week and hasn't seen the kids... and probably won't till Saturday... he is busy baling hay..but let me know the details....:)
